Terms and conditions of purchase:
When generating an order, the customer is subject to the delivery policies, it is essential to accept the terms and conditions of purchase, since the system will not allow him to generate the purchase. 

SAME DAY DELIVERIES
You can make your purchase up to 5 hours in advance for deliveries on the same day,  we do not have a specific schedule for deliveries since our routes are continuous, only one delivery attempt is made, if the recipient is not found, the product will be returned to the floral production workshop or branch, 
a second delivery attempt can be made with an additional charge depending on the distance.
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO GENERATE PURCHASE RETURNS.

SCHEDULED OR RESCHEDULED DELIVERIES
They are sent within one of the three bands that we manage within the platform. If the client wishes to cancel the order, only 50% of the purchase will be refunded since the other 50% is available for materials provided for the product to be elaborated and surcharges from payment platforms, otherwise you can reschedule the order or send a coupon to be used in a period of 10 months starting from the day of the request.
